Al AkariaPadel court, meeting room, or any other shared space: you can reserve it from the Al Akaria app. See what's available, choose a free slot, and your booking is confirmed.
On the home screen, tap Bookings under Services.
Browse the spaces you can book and tap the one you want, for example the Padel Court.
Check the details, amenities and opening hours, then tap Continue.
Give your booking a title so it's easy to recognise later.
Under Booking Date & Time, tap Select Date.
Choose a day. Colours show dates that are booked, full, or unavailable.
Tap Apply to confirm the date.
Next, tap Select time.
Tap an available time slot. The booking rules for this space are shown at the top.
Check the duration at the bottom, then tap Confirm.
Optional: add notes for the team, like the number of guests.
Review your booking and the rules, then tap Book now. Done!
To see or manage your bookings, tap the folder icon on the spaces screen. It opens My Bookings.
